Specialist neoclouds (RunPod, Lambda, CoreWeave, Hyperstack, Vultr, Verda, Crusoe, Nebius, Together, Paperspace) and the Vast.ai marketplace are usually 2-4x cheaper than the hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) for the same GPU, because hyperscaler prices bundle vCPU/RAM/support and sell flagship GPUs only as whole 8-GPU instances.
